ABOUT TRINI'S FINEST PEPPER SAUCE

Inspired by regular visits to Trinidad, Trini’s Finest has evolved over  many years of experimentation with different ingredients and flavours. Like the best Caribbean pepper sauces, it packs heat and flavour without leaving too much chilli on your taste buds.

Our pepper sauce is vegan, while its vibrant colour and trademark heat are provided by orange and red scotch bonnet peppers. That makes it suitable for use as anything from a base ingredient or marinade through to a dipping sauce or seasoning. It’s designed to complement the flavours of accompanying dishes ranging from delicate lentil rotis through to freshly caught fish and crispy salads. And because we only use natural preservatives like salt, a bottle will last for up to six months in your fridge – though it’ll probably be finished long before then!
